Our Flat Coat Retriever Barney is walking the length of Great Britain with us starting 27th March 2015. The route is from Land's End to John O'Groats and is approx. 1400 miles / 2500km mostly off-road and will take about 4 months.
We are doing it for fun but Barney has a mission - to collect money for Guide Dogs!

Today we crossed the Highland Boundary Fault and into mountain country. First it was forest to Brig O' Turk and then we found a good. wild camping spot next to the reservoir in Glen Finglas. Our first Glen of the trip!
