Finally left the Borders after nearly a week's walking as we passed over Cauldstane Slap. Then onto Corston Hill with great views all round including Edinburgh.
Countryside walking even though we're now away from the hills. A nice campsite for the night after 3 nights wild gaming!
Wild camping that is,next to streams,serenaded by snipe drumming at 11 pm
