A bracing, shorter day as we wanted to make camp before it was getting dark. Still superb coastline.
Barney getting lots of treats!
The response we've had over the last few days has been outstanding - thanks to those who have donated both en route and online. Also to all who we have met and chatted - it helps us on our way!
Our Flat Coat Retriever Barney is walking the length of Great Britain with us starting 27th March 2015. The route is from Land's End to John O'Groats and is approx. 1400 miles / 2500km mostly off-road and will take about 4 months. We are doing it for fun but Barney has a mission - to collect money for Guide Dogs! Help him along the way - just click the donations tab to find out how...

This is a real comment - not an April Fool ! I am following you daily with the atlas. I am so impressed and thoroughly enjoying being an armchair walker just now as the weather is foul here, too. I shall get envious as the weather improves but, in the meantime will check on your adventures daily and comment occasionally. I'm loving the photo's, too, as they bring your walk to life. Good luck, Fiona
